Rude and Uncooperative... Had legitamate warranty issue, he skirted using unfair policy procedures to save his dealership $118 over a Honda Battery 8 Months old with a 60 Month Warranty, Invoice Number 445150273 dated 01/25/2016. Very sad when a business in the USA is so big they can treat good paying Americans poorly.

Customer Service is not what Honda West cares about... So please be aware that the business you might thorw their way would be better given to I.e. Finley Honda. YOu will be glad you did.
This family has three Honda's and because of this incident two will be sold within thirty days. We as a family will never buy Honda or Acura again. Currently the family owns three Honda's and because of this incident at this dealership, the dealership Honda Rep, the dealership Service manager and the dealing with Honda America about this dealership "No More Hondas," Pretty Simple. More people need to follow my suit and when businesses become too big for good normal customer service need to buy else where. This is what this consumer will do...

DONT BUY or do SERVICE with Honda West - New Honda and Used Car Dealer in Las Vegas Serving Henderson, Mesquite & Boulder City, Nevada, you might become very disappointed.Especially if dealing with Brian Haffey or any Honda America Dealer Representative.
