Hooked on Phonics Is a Scam designed to take your money Redding, California
My sister purchased the Pre-K edition as a gift for my daughter, who was
so excited to learn to read. The product states clearly on page 16 of
the parent's guide and on the packaging that it is compatible with
windows vista. The product is not compatible, the videos integral to the
teaching do not play. When I called customer service they are fully
aware, but have no fix and basically tell you it's not their problem.
They are unwilling to solve the issue. My daughter is so upset and
deflated. HOOKED ON PHONICS is a scam designed to take your money and
not deliver!!!!!! buyer beware
