HOPE NOW MODIFICATIONS COMPANY PROMISED A LOAN REMODICATION TOOK $1,500 IN NOW 2008 FROM ME AND NO REMODIFIACTION HAS BEEN DONE TO DATE CHERRY HILL New Jersey
This company offered a loan remodication i have sent emails upon emails and called hundreds of time with no response. I later found out that they were under investigation by the FCC - I have lost $1,500, which was a good faith pymt i made to them. I am still fight to keep my home and still looking for a loan remodification program to help me. I am now afraid to seek for such programs for fear i may lose out out more money of which i can not afford

I am in the same boat as you. Contact your current mortgage company and see if you have a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan. If so, your mortgage company should be able to assist you with a modification. There are federal programs set up to assist you, if you have one of these loans. That is what we are in the process of doing right now with our morgage company. We had $2032 stollen from us, by Hope Now Mod. We filed a complaint with the BBB in NJ. The case has been closed, by the BBB, due to unresponsiveness from Hope Now Mod. We filed a complaint with the FTC as well. We also found the Attorney that was supposed to be helping with our mod. The Attorney's office has been asked by the FTC to take peoples information and provide it to the FTC. I provided my info to them. Good luck. Ryan from Va Bch
