Elizabeth, I hope by now that the fees have been cancelled if you sent in a cancellation letter. If not please contact Customer Service @ 866-586-1770 and ask to speak to Tay.
Horizon, does respond to all complaints. Horizon answers all phone calls. Horizon honors its agreements with its resellers. If you have had a bad experience, that is not the intention. When you call mention that you read the response on Rip-off Report. Please call if you are still being charged.

I have been ripped off too. Please contact me somehow.I have contacted the district attorney in arizona. Please contact them and fill out a report!! it is so important. I have talked to them and they are interested in what is going on. they told me to get as many people as possible to fill out complaints.!! Please do this. Also I have contacted an attorney in arizona, if you want to hop on board bring it sister!! we need to get out money back from these worthless scam artists. Kristal

I'm tired of getting the run around & waiting for the "other bureau" to get back to us. I called my bank, told them about this scam & I'm having the bank investigate the last 60 days of charges that they took our money-because I'm protesting - they're not holding up their end of the bargain! I told the bank you call & call-no response or return call.
They asked me if I called the number on my bank statement-so I did & guess what? I got this "Laura M". I told her that we want out! She said "ok - I'll email you a cancellation sheet-sign it & fax it back to me". Now I don't know if it's because the "other bureau" is bugging them about it or what I don't know they haven't sent us anyhting either- that's why I'm trying to do it myself. I also asked about the web & monitoring fees - she said that they would be canceled also. So we're hoping that this is it.
I really hope that they stop taking our $. I had to stop working & our son needs $25 a month for seizure meds. It's been rough going through this -
I wish those crooks the worst - they deserve it. I'll let ya know what happens. Best of luck to all the others out there that were scammed.
