Hotels.com Lucy (manager) totally switch and bate Nationwide
I booked a hotel and 2 seconds later i realized that i had the wrong date. They changed the date for me, however they said that there were no other rooms available at that rate and had to charge me $90 more a night. The room is now $200 a night
If I would have know it was that expensive i wouldnt have booked it to begin with. All the manager could say was, "It was your fault and its all we can do" You mean to tell me they can't wave the fee. This is total fraud!!!!!! i will never go through
hotel.com again!!!
