House.com Lied bogus leads timed things so you couldn't cancel, no response, no refund Charlotte North Carolina
House.com contacted me and told me they had home buyers just waiting for an agent in my area and they had too many for the other agents they had to handle. I asked repeatedly if they would let me cancel if I was not happy with the program and not making money from it, Mr. Leeper said that would not be a problem because I would be so successful I wouldn't want to cancel. Well I did not receive my first lead for 10 days and I started trying to cancel when I realized they were all bogus. I think they were getting the information from tax records and finding phone numbers and contacting the people. The home values listed were all wrong and no-one even called me back. Do not use them if the leads were so hot they would be selling the houses themselves! They just kept charging my credit card until I cancelled my credit card and then they finally answered my request for cancelling I am still fighting to get my money back. My credit card company was not much help.
