Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Beware!  Do not use this company! Do not order anything from them!  I found several websites publishing letters from people who have tried to order hoverboards or hoverkicks (shoes) from them and no one seems to EVER get what they order.

Sadly, I found the reviews too late!  They promise 2 day shipping on their website.  Which they do have something shipped in two days...does not mean YOU get the item in 2 days!  It takes them 2 days to charge you--then once your charges have gone through, they give you a tracking number.  This leads you to believe your item is shipped.

You then begin to follow where your item is--but somehow it NEVER Shows up!

This is what I did find out--website looks great--you fall for it!  They offer 10 inch wheel hoverboards which is what we needed.  Very few companies have 10 inch wheels.  These are coming from China. This company does not order several hoverboards and ship from the USA.  They place your order with some Chinese company.  No telling what you will get--model and make will most likely not be what you ordered.

This company has a NY number--you believe they are in NY.  The website information I found states that the website is out of Canada.  Also found out owner of website has 6 month or 12 month term so it receives a Cautious rating--expected to not be around long.  The person who has  the domain has purposely hidden their identity and location it says!  A website investigation website has this information listed on them. How I found it!

No one will contact you--unless you are inquiring about purchasing one.  They will answer your questions quickly.  If you have ordered, you no longer get replies.  As others have said--call the number and you get recroded message on how busy they are, you get hold music, then a statement the mailbox you are calling is full and disconnected.

Others online stated they have requested order cancellation--I tried this to no avail/no responses from company via email.  According to my order--the package shipped and went to the final UPS destination.  I got lucky and was able to talk with local UPS people and there was NO box/package!  They had other hoverboards in the warehouse but not mine!  So, they might be stealing UPS tracking numbers.  So somehow you can follow the package, tracking number says it has arrived but never gets on a truck and delivered.

As the receiver of the package, you cannot file a lost claim with UPS, the Shipper must do it!  How convenient for them! So they get YOUR money and then if they file a lost claim on your behalf, and never found, UPS will pay them money back!  NOT YOU!  You cannot get information from UPS regarding the lost claim, only the shipper.  And the shipper--in this case--hoverboard360.com will not notify you--as I have found out!

You have choices--Contact your credit card company immediately!  Request a refund and investigation!  This is what I did!  Your banking institution will then go after their money through their bank/financial institution.  Again, this is what I did & got my $ bank from my bank!

Approximately 45 days later, I received a call from UPS asking if I received my package.  I said NO.  Never.  I asked questions--I was informed that 44 days from my purchase date, hoverboard360.com has filed a lost claim on this shipment--I have never been contacted by them--why wouldn't they tell you?  Why not reach out to customers and apologize for a lost package and offer to ship you another if they are real/legit??  I warned UPS that they need to investigae them for stealing tracking numbers (yes it happens).  UPS informed me that the shipper will then let me know the status of the claim in 8 business days (UPS takes 8 business days to investigate but they have no obligation to the receiver to update you--shippers job).  So avoid them--Avoid hoverboard360.  BAD reviews everywhere.  My son got no hoverboard for Christmas.  I believe they are frauds--no hoverboards to sell at all.  Just taking peoples money--scamming, preying on folks whose kids got caught up in the latest craze and us parents trying to make them happy.  Buy one from a company you can trust or know.  Know one knows this company.  POP UP company who created a nice website for us to fall victum too.  They are good scammers--if you ordered one, stop payment immediately!

An absolute nightmare to deal with--I never thought I had recourse, but a friend of mine told me to call credit card company/bank.  And they will stop it--and go after them!  It comes under a clause of failure to deliver.  I was honest and told my bank I did order it!  It was not a fraud charge on my card, I ordered it but not arriving, not being delivered.  I documented everything.  Keep copies of the emails you send to the company trying to reach them.  Keep a copy of any emails you send or they send. Take pictures with your cell phone if you received a trackng number and nothing ever comes. Send this to your bank for them to pursue hoverboard360.com.

Do not order from them.  Check out these reviews!
