My son purchased a hover board from the Hoverflex website. He was able to ride the hover board, which was an entirely different brand from that listed on their website-for about 1 hour before it quit working. I have tried many times to contact the company to no avail. They do not answer their phones or it is always a busy signal. I have emailed them and their only response was to purchase the additional warranty. After that, I got no response at all. He did not even ride the hover board outside of the house, so the initial warranty should have still been in place.
