I contracted Corticom SEO to provide SEO services on a website I own. From the start I began to think they were running a shady operation.
No telephone number, no IM contact, no contact info on their website, very unprofessional website. In any event I move forward with their service do to the services guaranteed for a decent price and Brain (don't even know if that is his real name) seemed to know what he was talking about.
They did a good job on the onsite SEO portion. From that point on it was a complete mess. The offsite aspect guaranteed allot of back links, social bookmarking, blog posting and comments etc. For the fist two months little to nothing of this was done. After contact email and badgering to them and countless excuses from Brian he agreed to start from scratch.
He did so but then after a couple weeks fell off again. At which point apparently he had a family emergency and I began dealing with "Victoria". Victoria completed work as agreed upon for the first couple weeks but once again work stopped and so did responses to my emails.
This company if you want to call it that is a complete scam
