I just now found out for sure that they are out of business. I bought an awesome laptop from them on ebay for $1,500 with all the trimmings. Great deal, but 5 months ago, my son dropped it down the stairs accidently and I called them to send it in for repairs. I have been trying to get a hold of these guys to find out why I haven't heard anything for so long, and now I know why! I'M OUT $1,500 FREAKING DOLLARS AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! This has just been my year for getting scammed I guess. You can barely trust anyone on the internet anymore. I thought they were a hell of a company, but I guess they didn't know how to handle the most important thing for a company, cash flow. I could sure use some help on this. Anyone?

Hi I'm just here responding to your question about HugeBee and Internetishop.com. I Don't work from them but the company i worked for buys all their hardware there. Recently the company went out of business. The phonelines were shut off and the site expired on the domain. You will have to file reports with the police in california to get merchandise back. the company literally doesn't exsist, and all the machines still there are in a warehouse. You will have to get a hold of the police or BBB in their area to get anything returned. You cant get mad at a company if it fails, so your warrenty was only good until bankruptcy, and thats a messy thing to tackle. Sorry for your loss and good luck getting your money/parts fixed!

In response to the person who got ripped off with the dvd player from Huge Bee. I purchased a laptop from internetishop for my son over a year ago. Strike that, almost 2 years ago, He had continual problems with the battery charging up, i called them like 3 weeks before the warranty expired and they sent a new battery to him at the college he goes to. it was around August 2003. Just last year, I can't imagine what happened to them. You can Try the fax , it is 909-397-9100 hope this helps.
