Signed up with HughesNet a little over two months ago. Service has been terrible. Have called customer service several times. Some customer service reps try to convince me nothing is wrong, while others agree there is a problem and say the issue will be "escalated."
Nothing has been done and most of the time I have no service at all. I have never gotten the promised download speeds. Speed tests show download speeds as low as 0.2 kbps to 0.5 kbps. Data disappears even when no one has been home using the system and devices turned off.
I would advise anyone thinking about HughesNet for service to look elsewhere.
