HUGHESNET REFUSED TO TAKE PAYMENT FROM MY BANK IN NOV.2011 AND I TOLD THEM IF THEY WOULDN'T TAKE PAYMENT FROM MY BANK TO CANCEL MY SERVICE. THEN IN FEB. 2012 THEY SPAMMED MY CREDIT CARD $78.78 CREDIT CARD WON'T customercare.myhughesnet.com, Nationwide
On March 20 2012 I noticed that Hughesnet had charged my credit card a fee of $78.78 in Jan, I had not had Hughesnet since Nov. 2011 .They pulled my bill in November and the bill is one month in advance, I tried to pay Nov. bill using my bank check info as I had before and the lady refused to allow me to do that they wanted my credit card. I ended up telling them that if my bank info was not good enough then to cancel my service. This was in Nov. 2011 and when I called my credit card I was told that they could not help me because I do not have anything in writing,...Hughesnet did not have my permission to charge my card and this is a internet rip off
