HUMAMNA MEDICARE APPROVED SUP INS LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO SIGN UP WITH THEM LEXINGTON Kentucky
medicare had signed me up for drug coverage through not one co. but 2 of them without telling me. after a few months i started getting bills from an insurance co. (unicare). the bill is for around $500.00. they also signed me up fpr the same coverage through blueshield ins. they have not billed me for anything. i have called and have written this ins. co. (unicare) 2 or 3 times a month and last month they said they had cancelled the coverage. this month i get another bill!!.
i have since signed up with humana ins. which sent continueously to my home, advertisement.
humana had promised me that they would make sure the unicare ins. would be cancelled and that i would'nt have to pay the bill from them. her biggest thing was that she promised if we ever had a problem with humana to call her cell phone and she would be here within 24 hours. the first time i called her to ask a question, she was very mean and told me to get an attorney and hung up the phone. my question was why was i still getting bills from the unicare ins, co? and the bill continues to go up every month!!!
