Humana insurance company has provided overpriced and discurtious services, including overcharging for premiums lack of payout for legitimate claims and other violations of health insurance regulatory organizations.

I will only one instance as an example. I notified Humana I had new coverage and wished to cancel my Humana coverage well in advance they refused to return a monthly premium and charged for an additional month of premium, and provided no services.

The supplemental coverage as advertised by Humana for Medicare supplemental coverage was non existent when claims were submitted, and delayed by Humana to the extent that I received collection notices from the care providers. and I paid out of pocket for costs that should have been covered by Humana .

If you need Medicare advantage or supplemental coverage. AVOID HUMANA INSURANCE COMPANY !

YES. I have read my policy.  Question is, have THEY read their policy. They are required by law to provide my medication in a timely manner.  Over a year is hardly timely.  I have followed every process no matter how useless. I not even going to mention Medicare's Omsbudman system. When you have appealed for medication you never had to appeal for in the first place and you are denied  by a letter which contents are truly false......There is something horribly wrong!  By the way,
this appeal has been purged from Humana's Appeal system.

you should notify your state's insurance commissioner. They (and you) are required by law to honor the terms of the policy.

You HAVE read your policy haven't you?
