I took my Lexus GS300 to Hunt Brothers Window Tinting on Memorial Drive on September 26, 2009 at approximately 12:30 p.m. to have my windows tinted. I spoke to the owner, James Hunt, on a previous date and told him I was referred by a previous customer. I described the customer to Mr. Hunt and Mr. Hunt told me he remembered the previous customer. I was extremely thorough in explaining what I wanted. Mr. Hunt assured me he would do an awesome job and guaranteed his work.
After leaving my car for three hours, I returned only to find my window looking horrible!!!! I was extremely unhappy with the tint!!!! Every window had air bubbles!!! I immediately expressed i was unhappy and Mr. Hunt told me the air bubbles would evaporate!!! They never did!!!! I saw lines in my tint by the edges of the windows!!! I saw small and large air bubbles all over the rear window!!! I also saw overlapping wrinkles!!!
James Hunt, the owner, told me he refused to return any money and told me if I didn't like the work I should take him to small claims court.
My mother and I expressed to him he was an horrible businessman and had daughters my age. He should be setting examples. We expressed to him we tried to help his small business by giving him opportunity and money but he took advantage!!!! We will definitely pursue the issue further!!!!
James Hunt also lied about knowing my friend, the person that referred me!!! After describing the horrible job, my friend followed me there and told me he was not the person that did her tint, it was the business across the street.
James Hunt, the owner, is a liar!!!!!
We were also told mutiple customers return and are unsatisfied with his work!!! Customers even threaten him and call police!!!
Its also strange that he only accepts cash!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! FRAUD!!!!
