This is quite a silly and condescending report and i'm surprised it was able to slide under the radar making such false accusations as "do you drive a lexus" and profane, frankly childish, name calling. This is clearly a person with a minimal education background and so in an attempt to fill some gaps as it were I shall continue. Huron Hardwood, in fact, no longer exists as it went bankrupt. So "thievery" is just plain not the correct term. Businesses go bankrupt, this is life. As per Canadian law (which you may look up on something called 'the internet'" a bankrupt company has no legal obligation to provide you with anything as they are no longer a company and therefore can no longer provide said goods or services.
Something which does not exist can not provide anything (as per logic). So I believe that points out the gapping hole in this petty man or woman's story. As per your condescending comments, your money would be properly invested in some sort of college diploma or perhaps a dictionary. Many clients of Tom's have been more than satisfied with their purchases (which in fact were received when the company was still in business). He is not a thief nor a crook of any kind and such outlandish comments from such a blatantly immature individual should be disregarded. I hope your "lawsuit" went well although as per the law, i'm sure it did not.
