HYDRODERM ripoff Culver City California
"Better than Botox..."Get your free sample today! Only $3.95 for shipping and handling." That's what I thought!!! Once they have your credit card information, 10 days later, they will send you a larger bottle that you NEVER ORDERED and will, literally, STEAL $61.05 out of your bank account. THEY ARE CROOKS!
Return Policy: "The warehouse can not accept packages without an RMA number." Try getting an RMA number! Oh, and the "warehouse"... I live by their "warehouse" in Culver City and went there. It is an old, delapidated, empty brick building with a 4th UPS Notice on the door, trying to return 77 boxes!!
Return Policy: "Do not dispute charges with your bank. If any charges are challenged by the customer's credit card, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund." This sent me into space with anger!! Can you believe this??? Don't believe them! I did and got a refund from my bank!
Return Policy: "We will not process or refund packages marked Return to Sender."
Oh, and try calling theDistribution Company, "Spectrum Partners" in Beverly Hills. It is a fax number!
