Over a month ago I received an offer when using the internet, to trial Hydroderm products free of charge except for the postage. I ordered two products that I believed were to be sample products. Two lots of postage costs were taken out of my account immediately. I emailed a few weeks ago and asked to have the postage costs put back into my account because the samples had not been received. I got an email back saying they were on their way. I decided to cut my losses and forget about ever receiving these samples and deleted all relevant correspondence. I still haven't recieved the goods however I have just discovered when checking my bank account online that . I have been charged over $200 Australian Dollars for two full sized products that I didn't order and which have not been received! I am out of work at the moment and this is an absolutel disgrace. Can you please help me retrieve this money. I would be most grateful if you can. Thank you
