Read article on internet on "best beauty products"..read the Hydroderm descriptions and did something I NEVER do..ordered a product WITHOUt doing a ripoff search..shame on ME! Products for face and eyes advertised as "free" trial product - all one had to do was pay shipping and handling, app. $4.50 each.  If not satisfied could cancel within a certaid period, otherwise products would be charged to credit card on file AND shipped on a regular basis.  Calendared myself to call and cancel WELL before deadline..first telemarketer (and that's what they are) tried to talk me into an additional seven days to try out the product (keep in mind they ship the product so you actually have NO time to "try" the product)..I politely said no, thank you, just cancel.  At THAT point I learned that despite being offered a FREE product, I now have to RETURN the product in order to avoid the automatic charges to my card.  I am sure the person on the other end of the line thought I would at that point say oh, I'll just keep it.  Nope.  Got the RMA numbers to return both products..which can NOT be returned in the same envelope, blah blah blah..costing me much more to return this basically glycerin water product.  I packed up to return the products today..noticing that the RMA numbers are NOT the same length..I have a feeling this will be their "in" to charge my card..an incorrect RMA number THEY gave me.  Wish me luck!! I'll update as the saga continues.  DO NOT ORDER THIS FREE PRODUCT..IT AIN'T FREEEEEEEE
