I tried to cash out my 70.00 rewards and they locked me out of my account. I have many support tickets started and when I checked today ibotta closed each ticket out without any of my issues resolved I had reopened them requesting help and still NOTHING!! When you look on the BBB this seems to be a pattern where many customers go to take the rewards out and some how their account has magically been deactivated but yet they don't give you any notice.they continue to allow you scan receipts and get rewards but yet you aren't allowed to with drawl them :( Such a terrible experience
I put in a request to cash in my rewards you lock my account and then Ibotta went back and removed over 25 rewards credits on items that I did in fact purchase. Along with saying I submitted a receipt from 7/18 when that is untrue I have screen shot every receipt I have sent over the last month to you guys due to repeated issues.
I started over 5 support tickets and each one is closed and solved when nothing has been fixed. How convenient that you cancel my account when I go to cash in my rewards and convenient that you suddenly find issues with my account. At this point I have reached out to the BBB and multiple review sites to let them know of your bad business practices.
