This company uses deceptive means to obtain a contract. The sales person Jenny Haskett met with my wife to go over their program and how much we would save plus no contracts to sign. They will tell you that there is no contract necessary have you initial a summary of their service and a few other pages but Will Not Leave you copies of what they write in your presence. After the fact they will fill in the blanks and you have a contract! They are very deceptive. You will not be able to talk to the initial sales person who comes into your office/store and will be directed through many channels before arriving at Will Lara who threatened me to investigate my wife "with fraud" if you don't proceed with paperwork. They are very good liars BEWARE of signing anything with them. If you do, GET THE COPIES BEFORE THEY LEAVE YOUR presence and READ THE fine print. They will tell you it's not a contract when in fact it is, and once they leave your store IT's Too Late! I had to get advise from an attorney and change all my banking information to protect my business. If they were reputable Will Lara would have sent the rep back to my store and obtained the proper signature from the owner (Me) before submitting a contract, that let's not forget wasn't supposed to be a contract per the sales lady Jenny Haskett. When I asked for copies of the documents she had my wife sign they only sent the one summary, which is exactly that a summary of fee's. After asking for All the pages did I then discover how they obtained a contract without my knowledge, by listing my wife as 100% owner of the business, which she is not...that is only a small portion of what took place. Any reputable company would have issued a void on all paperwork and had customer service make it right from the get go. Especially since this was within 24 hours.
