I bought a NordicTrack treadmill that included the iFit.com subscription for a year. I decided not to renew it and when they asked I declined. I never gave iFit.com my credit card account since I bought the treadmill directly from NordicTrack. I was charged for the renewal to the credit card used with NordicTrack. Apparently NordicTrack share that information with iFit.com which I never authorized. On 7/8/2019 the charged my American Express and the charge was declined. Then they tried again on 7/9/2019 and the charge went through. I emailed iFit.com to cancel the subscription and reverse the charge. All that I received were automatic email acknowledging that the received the email and open a ticket. I contacted my credit card and file a dispute. I went into my iFit.com account and cancel my membership on 7/10/2019 and tried to contact then over the phone. Their costumer service hotline message automatic answering service message said that they were closed to train the representative to better serve the costumer. Still no aswers, no reverse or refund.

I finally was able to contact iFit.com support and they stated that the refund was is in process and it will take three days to reflect it in my account
