Placed an order with this company a few weeks ago, still has not been fulfilled. Had dealt with them before with no problems so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the matter would be handled soon.
The customer service rep claimed that there were problems with the computers and that if I sent in a copy of my government issued identification they would take care of the problem either by finishing my order or refunding my payment.
I'm still waiting. I placed a second order today and reminded them that I was still waiting for the last order to be taken care of. They gave me the same response, wanting another copy of my ID because there was a 'problem'. I again reminded them that I had already sent all necessary documents with the last order, they asked for my passport. Instead of carrying on with this any further, I asked them for a refund for both orders. So far my request has been ignored.
