"Unique money-back guarantee: unlike newspapers or other Internet job boards, we have the confidence to guarantee your satisfaction with a 7-day, no questions, money-back offer." I do believe this part of their promise to be untrue, as true enough, according to their wording, the 7-day trial is NOT charged to your credit card, but...if you call them with a problem, they DO NOT give your money back. Now would this be considered false advertising or as their ceo, Mr. MacFadyn stated to me "we treat all of our customers alike, even our best customers".

After further reading of their website, it is NOT very clear when you start reading the information regarding how they charge. The first page of it states that there is a $30 monthly fee, but it doesn't say you will get charged $180 for a yearly fee. The selection page will give you various selections to choose from, but that is in a way misleading also. It will give you the impression that this company will charge you maybe $15 monthly fee, but in such a manner that you might not always realize that you are getting hooked into $180 yearly fee. When you contact them to speak to someone higher than the Customer Service Manager, they refuse to give you information on how to contact someone higher than their position (with the exception of hopefully an email address that someone will respond to rather than hit the faithful delete key).
