Ikea Bad Service And LIES!! ripoff IKEA and LIES!! Costa Mesa California
IKEAs were stores that looks dependable and trusted, but when i went there to buy a bunk bed+ desk+shelves (they all come attached together) that was worth more than 500 bucks, they promise to send it within 2-3 wks time, but instead of keeping their promise they started to give me lame excuses and lies!!!!
at first they said that they will send parts of my bed in a month, then a month went by...and another and another!!!! i had to sleep on the floor for almost 2 months When my bunk bed arrived I still had to wait for other parts to arrive.
Now i am waiting for my desk to arrive which i had been waiting for almost 6 months now...when i called they kept me on a busy line all the time....when i finally got to talk to the manager, (after giving them the fake suing&threats). He (Jeff-manager of Ikea costamesa) didnt even say sorry, he just told me to wait a little longer!!! d**n how much longer dudeeee!!!????
They wasted my MONEY and TIME and now i hate how my office looks like, the desk, shelves dont look well together, i have to waste my time measuring and find the right shelves, the right table, and them wall mount them!! I just wish that i bought the furniture that i had my eye on Wickes furniture!!
Seriously IKEA suckkssss biggg timmeeeee!!!!! What a rip offffff!!!!
