ILD Teleservices has on two seperate occasions, charged me for collect calls to Mexico on my SBC phone bill (totalling 60.00). Having no idea as to how this could have occured, I called them.
They are next to impossible to contact - 40 minutes on hold. The lady could not tell me how these charges got on my bill, nor could she tell me what service ILD provided. She kept repeating that they were a "customer service company". She agreed to credit my bill and "block" my phone number from their "list". I guess I'll see next month if I get my money but I'm not holding out much hope! ILD is totally ripping people off!
