I accidently signed up for tollfree voice messaging and when I went to cancel it it came up with someone else's name and phone number. I thought I would be safe. HUH! It appeared on my bill in January. I emailed them and told them I wanted to cancel it and that I wasn't going to pay for installation. I had tried to cancel it on several occasions and it wouldn't. They said they would shut it off and look into deducting my start up (installation?) fee. Low and behold it is on this month's bill. I don't even know the phone number or how to use it. Is there anything anyone can do to help me?
