Talked to Steve about mid November 2014, I needed a special transmission cable. He said send him $202 bucks, he will get it in the mail. I sent the money that day. After one month trying to call him, leaving messages, finally got him on the phone, he said he was making them better and would send it next week. That was 3 weeks ago, I think the guy is a rip-off.

This customer did call in mid November but did not order until December 3rd. According to our records he did not send payment but rather furnished a credit card.
His Custom Built cable took longer than was expected due to quality issues but was shipped on March 26th, the very day his credit card was charged. The parts were delivered to his residence on 3/30 via Priority Mail, for which I have a receipt.
These cables are not available anywhere else in the world. This cable was custom built for his application. His credit card was charged the day his cable was shipped.
WHERE IS THE RIPOFF?
Once receiving this cable the customer did not have the decency to report the facts here, so I have done so. Copies of the credit card receipt (card number redacted) and copies of the shipping reciept available upon request by emailing me at [email protected].
This customer has been added to our "Do Not Sell" list, which is shared with other manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in our industry.
So how about it Ripoff Report? Remove this spurious report?
