Imperial Yacht Johanna Giacobbe misrepresented repairs, did more damage than when they received the boat new rochelle, New York
These people continue to take advantage of their customers. They claim to know how to repair boats. All they know how to do is charge you for things you don't need or want. They haphazardly rip out pieces of good equipment because their aging "mechanic" does not know the first thing about boats. Johanna pretends to be a nice woman to your face but will gossip and talk about you the minute you walk away. They dont care what they charge you for as long as you pay. They rip you off any chance they get which is not limited to changing the prices for food or services from one day to the next if they see an opportunity to capitalize on something. They don't care who they hurt of rip off as long as they get to drive their luxury cars and keep their nice homes. The marina is one of the worst kept poorly run ones i have come across in a long time. They strong arm you into staying and then pretend they don't need your business. They are struggling to stay open and this is how they treat customers. There is no security. Robberies are a regular occurance there.
