IMZZ Elite, James 8 months without working on my car Orange, California
I've waited 8 months, only to discover my car hasn't even been touched. When I dropped off my car to have the work done I stipulated that the work needs to be done no later than 4 months. I was told, this was a good time to get the work done as there is a hole in his schedule. I left a $2000. deposit to show I was a serious customer.
I asked that our agreed time-frame be put on the receipt. James told me, his handshake is his bond. "I wouldn't be in business for this long if I didn't deliver, he said. "Fair enough." The date on my receipt for deposit is 2-9-2018. invoice 179 Today's date 9-15-2018 If, out of the blue, my vehicle has the work done I will redact this statement.
James is difficult to deal with, yes, but I didn't hire him for his personality. I hired him for his expertise. My only issue right now is the time I was promised and the lack of delivering my vehicle as stated.
