Complaint Review: In The Moment Acting studio - Ontario California

This company has been at the same location for over 10 years. They have had the same phone number for over 10 years. This should show the general public. that they are a very established company. Having a credit card machine at your business is not always needed when you accept credit cards online.  They do accept credit cards through the website. If you go to the website you will see that you can pay online. The instructors bio has always been on the homepage of the website with additional links so you can research him. The instructor has many years of experience and is very knowledgeable in all areas. We ask that you as the consumer do your own reaserch on ITM Studio and the instructor and make your own conclusion. We do apologize for not being perfect in grammar or spelling. We will try to be perfect in all areas and not have any typos. Is typos even a word? Let me ask Google. Yes Google said it is a word. YAY !!! Thank God for GOOGLE !!! We will also try to provide a great experience at ITM Studio and really try hard at keeping everyone happy. YA !! GOOD LUCK !! WITH THAT !!!. Again we do not tolerate rude or disrespectful students, parents, clients, or people at our studio. It is our right to ask certain people to not return to our studio because of their bad behavior. If you also call and you are rude and disrespectful on the phone we will let you know that we are not interested in you being a part of our program. So please be nice and kind.

 If you notice, the positive review rebuttal uses the word "there" when it should be "their" which is the same grammatical error that is found on the studio's website and other postings. It's evident that a real parent is not posting positive comments and pictures about the studio, but the owner himself.

ITM Studio offers acting class for kids, teens, adults. We have been in the same location for over 6 years. We offer a very inexpensive acting program for the kids in which they can sign up through the Ontario Community Center. We have been working with the City of Ontario for over 6 years providing the kids program. We have had positive newspaper articles written about us and the wonderful service we offer. Some people come to the studio to take classes for fun, to work on shyness, and to pursue acting at a professional level. What ever the reason they are all welcomed.

At ITM Studio we offer a very pleasant, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere. We do not tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior of any kind toward staff or fellow students. Once in a while we have to exercise our policies and ask that a certain individual not return because of there behavior. unfortunately this can be the end result. We have also had to go to court because our policies were challenged by individuals. Of course the truth of right and wrong is decided. We are happy to say that allegations held against us were determined to be false and held no merit in a court of law. We would like to thank the community, and our talented actors for believing in our innocents.

Hello my name is Abie Irabor and it is such a shame that one person would write such horrible things about ITM ACTING STUDIO. I have been going to the studio for over 3 years and I must say it has been a great experience. Through the instructors help I have learned so much. I have been in 4 plays and 4 monologue showcase shows all performed at ITM STUDIO. They have brought down Casting Directors, Directors, and Actors to studio. I have also had the opportunity to attend a Red Carpet Event. One of the actors at the studio booked a major role in a feature film and invited all of his class mates to attend the event. He booked the role through the connections and opportunities that ITM STUDIO provided. All of this for free.

I have also been blessed to have had the opportunity to audition for major television shows like i CARLY, 90210, THE SHIELD, MEET THE BROWNS, SOUTHLAND, and many other tv shows. I also have auditioned for national commercials, and feature films like " NOTORIOUS". I also booked some acting roles. All the auditions I had, ITM Studio got them for me 

It is crazy to compare John Robert Powers to ITM ACTING STUDIO. John Robert Powers charges $1,600 for a 2 hour ten week course. ITM STUDIO charges $75.00 a month which consist of a 2 hour class once a week. Even in LA they charge around $200.00 a month for acting classes.

They even helped me with my acting reel by filming it and editing it and they did it for free. Who does that? In LA they charge around $300.00 for a reel. I also got help with my headshots. I am very greatful and thankful for ITM STUDIO'S help. Look at there website and see all the great things they are doing at www.itmactingstudio.net

When you get on there website visit there myspace page and look through the photo albums. I recently performed in a play they were doing at the studio called "LETTERS FROM BIRGMINGHAM JAIL" It was performed on Saturday March 20th and March 27th 2010. I had a blast!! I have pictures from this event.

MY KIDS PRESENTLY ATTEND ITM STUDIO AND HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER TWO YEARS. THEY REALLY ENJOY THE CLASSES. AT THE STUDIO THEY HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE IN PLAYS AND MONOLOGUE SHOWCASE SHOWS, ITM STUDIO HAS BROUGHT DOWN INDUSTRY GUEST LIKE DIRECTORS, ACTORS, AND CASTING DIRECTORS AND THEY HAVE NEVER CHARGED US A PENNY FOR THAT.

THERE CLASSES FOR KIDS ARE ONLY $65.00 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR A 6 WEEK COURSE. THEY WORK WITH THE CITY OF ONTARIO COMMUNITY CENTER AND YOU CAN SIGN YOUR KIDS UP THERE. I AM GLAD THEY ARE IN ONTARIO BECAUSE IN LOS ANGELES THEY CHARGE $225.00 A MONTH FOR CLASSES. THROUGH THE INSTRUCTORS HELP AND CONNECTIONS  MY KIDS HAVE AUDITIONED AND BOOKED FOR MAJOR TELEVISION SHOWS, MOVIES, AND COMMERCIALS. THEY JUST RECENTLY WORKED ON A COMMERCIAL ON MARCH 3OTH 2010. THEY GOT SIX OF THERE ACTING STUDENTS/ KID ACTORS ROLES ON IT, AND THEY ALL GOT PAID. IF YOU ARE A PART OF THERE TALENT THEY FILM AND WILL EDIT YOUR REEL FOR FREE "  AS FOR PHOTOS THEY ARE OFFERED IF YOU REQUEST THEM. THEY ARE NOT MANDATORY AND ARE NOT A PART OF THE CLASS. THEY HAVE BEEN AT THE SAME LOCATION FOR OVER FIVE YEARS AND HAVE HAD POSITIVE STORIES WRITTEN ABOUT THEM IN THE NEWS PAPERS.

ALL THE CLAIMS THAT HAVE BEEN POPPING UP ON THIS SITE HAVE BEEN MADE BY A VERY DISTURBED INDIVIDUAL.

THE ABOVE CLAIM WAS DONE BY A FORMER CLASS MATE WHO WAS ASKED NOT TO COME BACK TO THE STUDIO FOR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR AND VERBALLY ABUSING OTHER FEMALE STUDENTS. 

I HAVE ENCLOSED SOME PICTURES OF THE FILMING JOB THAT ITM STUDIO GOT MY KIDS. SIX OF THE KIDS FROM ITM BOOKED THE COMMERCIAL. IT WAS FILMED IN MARCH 2010. HOPE YOU ENJOY THEM.
