In 2006, I attended a Income Strategies Institute 3-day Seminar for $99. I must say that the 3-day event quite interesting and informational. Although the instructors seemed to be making claims that were Too Good To Be True, I decided to buy into the Advanced Real Estate package that they were offering. I was already working on purchasing my first investment property but I thought that it would be great if i had someone there guideing me through my first few purchases and to have access to their "knowledgable and experienced" advisors.

At the time, I had just gotten envolved in the Mortgage business and I had some understanding on how it worked. A couple of weeks after purchasing the package, i received a phone call from a mentor. This Mentor claimed that he was a loan officer. I received an email from him from his email at theinvestorhelp.net, his email stated that he worked for Dynamic Financial Solutions, but he prefered that i email him at his other email from magcapital.com. I was contacted only a couple of time by this mentor when he decided that i was not ready to start investing in real estate. He claimed that i was not ready and that he would be contacting me the following YEAR (2007) to check up on me to see if my "finances were in order." Being a mentor, i believe that he should have "guided" me and "mentored" me through any steps i needed to talk.

January 2007 came around and i never heard from this mentor. I attempted to contact him several times and i never received a response. His email no longer exists. It is now August 2007 and was never contacted by ISI. I spent thousands of dollars on a package that was supposed to teach me to invest, and my "mentor" skipped town on me. I am convinced that ISI, Grow Rich Stay Rich, HB Products, & Surefire are a bunch of Scam Artists!
