IndiaNIC Infotech Limited IndiaNIC Scammed our company out of $250 did nothing at all BEWARE of this company IndiaNIC No refund or anything just took our money Sunnyvale, California

This company IndiaNIC was paid to solve a solution and we agreed that they would solve our server issue.\
We sent the IndiNIC initial funds to get the project started 3 weeks went by with no word. When I tried to contact http://www.indianic.com in regards to what was being done they stated that they had reviewed our problems and needed to get more money.
The instructions we clearly out lined on what needed to be performed and they only reviewed what was already told to them. Indianic did not perform any services at all for our company and tried to scam even more out of our company by saying it took 20 hours to review you problem and you need to send us more money.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
When I told them we needed the work done for what they were paid to do or issue a refund they refused to produce anything and there is nothing to show for what we paid Indianic to do.
This I one of the most horrible experiences in my life dealing with companies who try to scam money out of reputable and over charge for their services.
I filed a dispute with paypal and only when i did this they were willing to perform some work so they said. Zahid then told me if I say that "services were performed" that they would send over my plugin and make it right.
We refused to do so because it would null the case saying that we were happy and trying to get us to make an untrue statement is absurd in the fist place. I will update with outcome.
Paypal has policies to protect buyer but they dont cover digital goods so BEWARE when dealing with COMPANIES like IndiaNIC Ankur Dosi, Zahid and the gang over there.
The have a fictitious office over in California as well called NetLancers.
You will not get any results and only waste your money if you deal with this company. They will not give you a refund either.

Mihir & Bakul came to the aid of my needs and I received more than I could have asked for. I should have not even posted this complaint as it could have all been worked out.
They are a GREAT company & I do not want to ruin their reputation over something that was so easily resolved.
I will make every attempt to remove this post as I am the one who made the post in the first place.
Sorry guys over at IndiNIC.

It was my mistake that I included Ankur Dosi in this report and he is helping me to resolve the issue at hand.
I am in discussion with him now to get things worked out.

If you buy digital goods online paypal will do nothing to help you get your funds back. In other words companies like Indianic can say they did this and that for what ever you you sent them money for and you can never recover your funds.
Thanks allot paypal for nothing.
