Our company her in Miami contracted Informatika LLC for Onsite support, remote support, email security, web security and some minor hosting and voice service. Thomas Pullen the owner completely sold us on there services reliability and all the partners they have.....
All a bunch of lies! they invoiced us over $4,000 dollars and trashed our network....they put us out of business. I lost my job because these UN-professional IT solutions consultants ruined our telephone systems, website and literally shut us down for over 6 weeks.
I hope this serves as a warning to all companies who seek services from Informatika, stay away they are a horrible fraudulent company

Update:
If you read the review on this page, you'll notice a few things:
-it's posted by "slammer" which is an alias that sling broadband used to email me threatening emails, because i posted a single, truthful negative review of their company online.
-there is no name or company name used
-there is no proof of an invoice or other customer information
-this is a fake review
-they just copied all the categories on my website and pasted them.
-how could anyone make a company "go out of business" in a few weeks?

This is a fake review that was uploaded after I made a complaint online about Sling Broadband,
because Sling Broadband claimed to not charge taxes and they do, and they claimed to have 99.99% uptime and they do not.
Sling Broadband has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

After I posted a truthful, negative review of Sling Broadband and the owner Addiel Lopez,
I got this threatening email. Notice it is from "Slammer" which is the same username that was used to create this fake report.
I haven't sued them yet because I don't really care about their fake review.
