Antonio Haddad, the managing partner is a Greek Nationist, that prides himself on cheating customers as he likes to say, "let's screw them". Has overstated his technical prowness and capabilities of his company. Very small, inexperinced staff as shown on thier website. Consistently makes false claims about their experience and knowledge of listed capabilities. Has gone through numerous business partners due to his views and temper.
Takes advantage of employees resulting in high turnover. Companies looking for what they say they can supply should not engage with this company.

I agree that the company has a difficult time doing the right thing for their customers. Antonio is one of the most difficult vendors I have ever encountered in twenty plus years.
