InnoGames Forge Of Empires I purchased the in game currency, diamonds, I spent those diamonds on in game products. After receiving the products/buildings, they changed how they functioned, reducing value by 83%..stealing 50$ worth of my money.
In this game you have in game purchases. To make these purchases you must first buy their in game currency, diamonds. I purchased these diamonds and spent 3200 of them on 32 buildings. These buildings in turn produce in game gold. In the description it said that these buildings produce the amount of gold on a ten minute time interval. After buying them and having them for a month, in the middle of the night, InnoGames completed an update and my buildings changed from a 10 minute production time to a 1 hour production time. This reduced the return of these buildings I bought and paid for by 83%.They are now worthless. The amount of diamonds I spent will cost roughly 50$. InnoGames stole 50$ in value from my account with out warning or reason. I tried to reach their customer service and after 4 days have only received, "we are looking into it." This company cares nothing for its player base, its customers, or for dignity. They are theifs and lazy liers.
