I too have had some serious issues just trying to get the refund promised by this company. I am paying 19.99% interest on the $895 "fee" they charged me back in January. Not only did they not negioiate any lower interest rates, they promised a timely money back guarantee. Since then, the credit card company I used to charge this fee (the only way they would take the money-that being a card in good standing) has now suspended my account because of this $895 charge. I received a confirmation number for the refund back on 3/4/2010.....but have yet to receive it.
Each time I call Sarah Herbert-the "credit department" she gives me the same excuse-30-60 days to process a refund. According to the receptionist, she is the only one in that dept. That only tells me one thing...if it takes them 60 days to refund almost a grand, she is one very busy person!!!
ITS A SCAM!! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of West Florida and the Wisconsin Dept of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection-twice. I will be contacting the media in Clearwater. Someone will want to hear this! DON'T BE FOOLED....they are laughing all the way to the bank with your money!!
