Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I vacation frequently in Wildwood, NJ. The property, xx East Spicer Ave is abandoned. There is what looks like a jungle growing through the property. All the doors within the complex are broken and squaters and drug dealers inhabit this property freely.

I just put two and two together by reading an online report that states the inspector John Davis whom is in charge of keeping the outside of the properties in Wildwood up to code works for Dan Higman of Weichert Realtors. Dan Higman collects the rents and manages 228-230 East Garfield Ave. Coincidentally, that building has had severe issues for at least the last two years. Only minutes from the beach, and yet this building has ripped screens, broken windows, abandoned cars in the driveway. The fire alarms in the building constantly go off. There is also a rough crowd that goes in and out of the building all night long. There is a laundromat behind the building where what appears to be drug deals, criminal behavior, and a lot of drug addicts. You can see through the windows of the laundromat from Spicer Ave behind the building. Many times the dumpster is overflowed. The driveway adjacent to the sidewalk has huge pot holes. This building brings down the safety and viability of this beautiful neighborhood just walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.

Just because I am not registered to vote in Wildwood does not mean that a corrupt inspector whom also works for Dan Higman of Weichert realty in Wildwood can allow the properties run by Dan Higman go to hell. Can someone please call the city of Wildwood and ask for inspector John Davis to cite the buildings 146-148 East Spicer Ave and 228-230 East Garfield Ave. I know restaurantours in the restaurant district that lie between Spicer Ave and Garfield Ave. I frequent these restaurants and feel unsafe walking passed the East Garfield building which appears overcrowded because there are dozens of people hanging out the windows and congregating in front of the building, the driveway, and the rear.

On the next street, I am uncomfortable to walk passed 146 East Spicer Ave because the building is dark. At least 6 apartment doors in the courtyard are kicked in. At all times, vagrants and what appears to be gang bangers walk out of the property openly to approach passers-by to sell drugs or to intimidate them into buying drugs.

To all those whom vacation and own property in the Wildwoods, simply drive by these two locations and you will feel as if you're driving passed blighted areas in Camden. Just because we don't have voting status in Wildwood doesn't mean we can't stand together and unite in voicing our concern that John Davis must be immediately terminated or quit his job working for Dan Higman of Weichert Realtors
