I ordered the item on April 25th. The money was taken out right away. It stated I should receive an email for when the item was shipped. On May 6th still hadn't receive an email or my item. I asked about it they sent me think a link for tracking which had the item in La Puente,Ca. It continued to sit there so I asked for a refund. So, I had to order another item which came within 5 day wow can you believe that!
I continued email a few times a week because it would take a number of days to get a response. The response was always the same script we can't refund it is in transit and they same link with the same location blaming COVID19 on the delay. However, I had ordered plenty of items not being delayed like this and that is why I ordered another similar item else where.
The website states that it takes 5-7 business days when shipped. They have stated it was shipped on April 29th according the tracking. (Even though it sat in the same spot). Then on May 29th I receive an email how do I like my item. What item I NEVER received it.
This time tired of email I did a live chat 5/31 and they said the same scripted information but finally said they will open a ticket. Around the same time I receive a new email stating it's in transit and I will receive it within 7-10 days.
The whole time you said you couldn't refund BECAUSE it was in Transit. Now you are saying it only became in transit at the end of May. So I looked. The Package moved from La Puenta, Ca to Los Angeles , Ca. Do you know how far that is??? They were basically telling me it took 6 weeks to move less than 20 MILES! It did arrive in 7-10 business when it was TRULY shipped. So, they lied and never shipped it so, they didn't have to refund. When the ticket was open it went to a manager and poof I magically got movement. But , it was too late.
And this is why I still want a REFUND. I had to pay to get another item in a timely manner. The website didn't not say it will take 6 weeks it said 7-10 business days.
This is beyond HORRIBLE customer service.
