I gave and referred policy's to Integrity Capital Partners to help me sell them. For the first month everything seemed fine. They then proceeded to ignore my requests for updates, told me things were fine and that information was ordered, when it actually was not.
After months of lies, being told that things were nearly complete when they never were, on the rare occation I got ahold of them. I finally had to bring a new broker on board after paying thousands more in premiums than I wanted. The new broker was able to be transparent and available, helping me understand where my policy was and ultimately get it sold for an okay price.
Integrity's failure to act and unprofessionalism lost me a lot of time and ultimately a lot of money. I do not recommend them. I was very disappointed after all the newspaper articles.
The other people who have had policies with them that I have communicated with have had similar experiences. I assume they must have done something well to get on the positive lists they are on, but I couldn't see it.
