Intelius Inc., Intelius Intellius "Premium Adress Confirmation" is a fake. False information is given. Bellevue Washington
Intelius charged me for Premium Confirmation Service (which is supposed to be confirmed by public utility) and the person I received the report on (my ex-husband) never lived or had a public utility in his name at the confirmed address that was listed for him. This "confirmed address" that was listed was a home I inherited 3 yrs. after our divorce and has since been sold to another person. I do not understand how they can charge someone for Premium Confirmation Service when they provide false information. I did call their customer service number and asked for a refund for this portion of my report and was told "We do not have a refund policy and do not give refunds."
Intelius also offer a Background Report for this person and it lists 2 address in my current city of residence (of which he has never lived). I can only assume if he were to run a report on me he would be able to access my current address. Not normally a problem, except for the fact that I have had a restraining order on him and he has tried to shoot me before. As in, yes I am trying to lay low and now this company, Intelius, is using my current address as an address of his? Let's not even get into the 60k in back child support owed to me and the Texas Attorney General trying to locate this deadbeat - it shows he either lives w/ me or has lived with me at my current address - ALL LIES!
Intelius sells bogus reports and this practice needs to be stopped immediately!
