On August 6h I was going over my bank statements & saw a $94.50 charge that I did not recognize from iQ Derma. I immediately searched the internet to locate the company & did come across a previous Rip Off Report complaint about them. Very concerned, I contacted my bank to dispute the charges but they suggested that I call iQ first. When I contacted the company, one of their reps explained to me that the offer my daughter signed up for a risk free trial period and not a sample of the products. It turns out, a month before my 26 year old daughter had asked me if she could use my card to order a sample of skincare products for a few dollars S&H and I agreed. At the time, I had no idea that there were additional charges that would be incurred so I agreed. When I was upset & questioned this offer, the rep offered to show me an online ad & walked me thru the order process. At first, I did see that the ad stated TRY FREE FOR 30 DAYS. However, when I got to the payment screen, I did see an entire paragraph explaining that I would have to cancel & return the products if I decided not to purchase. Fortunately, the rep apologized for unexpected billing & issued a refund. She also allowed my daughter to keep the products. Although I do believe their ad is initially unclear, I also realize that my daughter rushed through and placed the order without reviewing the details. Overall, I am quite please with iQ Dermas explanation & resolution.

They are real ambigous- the same thing happened to my lady. I called (866) 381-4202 (California time before close @ 3PM) & Johnathon gave me the RMA # to return it (and take some of the wrinkles out of their s**t). They don't give any free samples, JUST a free Trail Club (??? what the fug???) I guess it's just the right for them to send you forever & ever & you have to RMA it back to recover financially??? Sounds like the Time warner CD Club that everyones complains about at the post office when returning the Perry Como CDs sent to them each month.... Hope this helpa you, I'm pissed because my honey got an extra $103 charge they said wasn't a charge but just a Pre-authorization for a future charge- the Japanese say "portashit-zee". Translated: BULL s**t.... Let put some wrinkles methods....
