I worked for this company for 3 months and was immediate alarmed at the dishonest betrayal of the company.
This company seeks out purchasers with the promise of a distribution area for the sell of their ResQ product. I had spoken with several people that had been promised the product for months. Never to receive the product or materials. Many of which had been duped out of their entire savings.
Investors are also sought out with the promise of repayment; they are provided a stock certificate. Many investors would call about getting paid and were unsuccessful in doing so.
Be very careful when pursuing a relationship with this company. Records of worth are falsified!

I lost all of my profit sharing that I accumulated for 25 years with a company to these thieves, Michael Coker and John Madsen. I invested 25k in the Fall of 2001, my mom invested 5k and a friend of the family 15k and we never saw a dime in return from the IGP Resq dream. Instead Coker and Madsen packed up their faux office in Phoenix and moved back to Austin Texas to scam others. The Corporation Commission of Arizona chased them in court and I was a witness as well as all the others in Arizona and they couldn't collect any restitution for my self and the others. I will continue to be a fly in the ointment for these 2 crooks as long as I live. I had so many promises of repyament from John Madsen that never materialized and to this day have nothing as well as all the others.
