international home rentals Jason Jose Rodriguez as agent scam! providing false listings of rental homes! take your money as deposit never provinding a home south el monte, California
As my husband and I were looking for a home we came across this agency, and best believe that if it sounds to good to be true then its not! We were provided with listings that were those of homes that were not even vacant or up for rent by owners. Of coarse they will tell you that some propeties are for rent yet not available till the end of the month wich is not true. Also by chance the landlord will never be available to show you the property.
Luckiky as we were viewing a home the owner came out and as our need is very urgent we asked if the home was still available for rent. To our surprise it had never been up for rent and it was family owned for the last ten years and never planned on being up for rent. I provided the owner with the agencies information so she could also file a claim against them. We immedietly returned to the office as the closed at 5pm and demanded our money. They stated we needed to sign paper work but declined as it was a false contract to begin with and also demanded any documents with all my info on them. We asked for answers and asked the employees there how they could boldly lie to peoples faces and have any self respect to what they are doing... no answer. Although to their emberrassment there were a couple who defended the cause... sad but true.
Lucky we received our money. One from the thousands they have probably scammed. But I will make it a mission of mine to have this office shut down. Any help will do!
