In Sept 2015 I got a call from Interval Disney Vacations for a discounted travel package to Orlando USA, Bahamas for $864 which was charged to my credit card. I agreed to pay because I and was told that cancellation option is allowed if I change my mind. However, I decided to call back the following day to cancel it and the nightmare begun. My bank in Australia had assisted to retrieve the amount but to no avail. Their response to my numerous emails is that the refund will be given after 3 years when the package has not been used.
On 3 Dec 2018 I sent an email about the refund as it was time, but it bounced back meaning my email could not be transmitted to them. When I called their number a Filipina operator said that I could not get a refund as my membership is no longer active. When I tried to ask for the correct email so I could send the email trail, the operator hang up on me! My desperation reached its limit as I truly believe that this is a SCAM! I am hoping that an international agency may help people like me who are victimised by such unscrupulous companies as the money taken from me is hard-earned.
