Intrex Express, Inc They have disappeared with my Trailer Mount Prospect, Illinois
Simply stated we rented a trailer to Marc and Renata, the owners of Intrex Express, Inc., who were desperately seeking our help when their trailer was stolen. We rented to them our 53V trailer. Now payment is over 2 weeks late and they do not even pick up the phone. A week ago after several attempts we agreed that he would bring trailer back but he has not shown up nor called. I tried to reach him or his wife but she recognizes my phone and she does not pick up. Today after calling over 15 times she picked and said she would call me back in 10 min, however, she never did. Again, I've trid to call their dispatch number but she does not take my call.
It seems to me that this company and the owners are not legitimate business people. Although I do hold a deposit, the contract clearly states that the deposit is NOT for rental payments. To add, it is my equipment and I have the right to request it back when rental payments are not being made. At this point I will file legal action and report trailer stolen since I can not get a hold of these people - unbelievable! I hope this report may help others as I noted this is not the first complaint against this company.
