I have invested in a property only to make the mistake of trusting him. I now know 6 people that have be taken advantage of by him. Not to mention he keeps changing his name and business name.
We trusted him with our ReHab budget... He was suppose to manage the project but he only took the money and ran! Contractors were not paid... He has over $100,000 of our money that we now have to pay back. Other investors have experienced the same thing... stating the project is going south and the're going to lose their investment. Please Help Us!
If you know him or see him... call the the police! He is a crook and a con artist! If you are a realtor..... run... your license is in jeopardy. That means you , Natesha Blalock Investment Realty of Atlanta. You knew he was a crook and your business partner. You failed to mention that. SHAM on you!

The same thing happened to me too. He’s good at his job at scamming people because he seems legit with his renderings of properties he’s done and riding around the neighborhood with you to show you the various properties he’s worked on. It’s all a lie and I am out almost $6000. I am at a loss because I do not know what steps to take to recoup my fines or if there’s anything I can do.

I have had the unfortunate outcome as the orignal poster had. I wished I had researched Natesha Blalock-Taylor and not relied on the recommendation of the branch manager from PNC bank. I assumed which I know now is wrong that the bank manager knew of Mrs Taylor as a reptuable business professional and upstanding citizen, she is just like her partner in crime Mr. Mark Dennis Anderson.
Mrs. Taylor has breeched three contracts and refuses to pay or accept responsibilty. Her favorite line is "I have a few irons in the fire". My butt is now in the fire as well, seeing as how Mrs. Taylor has schemed and defrauded me out of all the money to my name a sum of $51,000.00. She has put me under tremendous stress and has caused me financial hardships.
