On September the 7th at &:30 pm I accepted an appraisal order. On Monday September 9th the report was completed and I could not deliver through their GAS plug in. I left 5 messages in the vendor managementvoice mail as no human would anwser the phone. I called back and was transfered from their BPO dept to the Appraisal deptartment. I spoke with IT they told me to speak with vendor managment. I have enclosed the emails. The state the order was reassigned, after I completed the appraisal and drove 45 min from the office and completed the report. I never recieved acknowledgement that they reassigned.

I got a response from the processing team stating that
someone from your office called to inform them that you do not do this type off
drive by. Thats why the order was re-assigned. I investigated the order and I
see that they are talking with evidence(order notes as on 09/05/2012) which
states that you called and declined the order.
