I own a small accounting firm in a suburb of Chicago, I was in search to upgrade my phone to something more efficient and make my life at the office easier. I decided to contact several companies for quotes on a phone system, alot of the companies I called were very helpful and explained to me the different options available. I ran into ISYS Business solutions out of Nashville TN on a post on craigslist, I looked at the company website and it stated that it had offices in Chicago, so I decided to call and spoke to John Pillow the owner of the company, he was very helpful and was able to provide me with a quote which was very promising. After doing research on a few different companies I decided to use ISYS. At first everything was going good except for him wanting me to send him money so that he can purchase equipment, that made very uncomfortable sending money to someone that I have never met, a well respected company ususally gets paid once the job is completed. We went back and forth about sending him some money, I finally agreed and paid him with a credit card, I figured if he was ripping me off I can have the credit card company investigate him. Once I received all the equipment he scheduled a tech that he found here in the Chicago land area to install my VOIP system, according to him this was the best solution for my business. The installer was nice and took about 8 hours to install. The system worked well for the first few days, than I started getting alot of static on my lines, I explained to John about the static and he would always come up with an excuse on why the line was staticy never had a solution for me just that it would get better. As time progressed I could not do anything with the phones I would get calls and I would not be able to hear the caller from my phone. I called John maybe close to 100 times I'm not exagerating to try to get this resolved, in the peak of my business I had no choice but to revert back to to my old phones and been using them since. John company is based in TN he does everything remotely and he will not even make an effort to send a tech to fix the issue. I spent over $4000 on this phone system from him and only used it for about 1 week with out having a problem. I would suggest to anyone not to use this company John will not take care of you till the end he is only out for himself and will not follow through with any issues. I never heard back from him.
