Here is the basic story. I park in a garage on canal near Northwestern train station. The company that runs the valet (at over 200 a month for parking) are dishonest as hell. They cant do anything right, they have obscene surcharges and rules and if you call to ask them a question or complain, they can never answer and never return calls. They claim they have great customer service. They are a joke. They have bullied neighbors of mine and I think people should report them to cops or whoever can make them operate an honest business.
